Condo management company problems

Hello everyone. I own a small condo apartment in Chicago it's my first investment. The management company is terrible they don't take care of anything and all they want to do is jack up the HOA dues. Does anyone know how me and the other owners can change mngmt companies and how do I go about finding a different company?
