Does anyone use the Telegram app for Real Estate?

My question is if anyone uses this app for their Real Estate business or even heard of this app? It's almost like a combination between Whatsapp and Discord. You can create something called Channels where you can post anything and have subscribers follow you. Their newest update lets you create a group in your local area and people using the app can see where your group is located and join. It seems it would be a very useful app for meeting and communicating with potential clients.
