Property Managers Q&A
In some states property managers are required to get their CPM (Certified Property Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certifications.
I live in SC and searched to see if my state required them. I didn’t see that SC required any certification to become a property manager. With that being said, what advice from property managers can you pass on to someone who is trying to become one?
