Hi All,

I wanted to see what the BiggerPockets community has to say around removing the escrow account tied to your mortgage and going self-escrow. We are disciplined and feel we could use that cash better than letting the buffer sit and doing nothing.

Thoughts?

Appreciate you all and the insight I always get on here!!
