Advice about first job

Hello everyone. I need some advice about my first job. I have associate degree in science and engineering. I want to be a real estate investor. I don't have money for down payment nor solid job for leveraging for loans. So. I have to pick my first job. I believe my first job should not solely provide secure income but also knowledge and connection about real estate world. My thoughts are working for loan or mortgage companies. The position that I'm thinking is Loan Processor.

What do you guys think about this first job?

Am I thinking correctly?

Do you have better ideas?

Thank you for your time and answer in advance
