Best savings account for real estate

Totally off topic but does anyone does anyone use a savings account in their real estate business. You know, put money aside that way you have cash on reserve. My question is, if you do, what kind of savings account is it, online savings or traditional savings account, such as with chase, Wells Fargo, etc. and what are the pros and cons from choosing one over the other.
