Journaling, stupid question, what do you put in your journal?

Guests on the podcasts say they do daily journal entries and go back to see how they have changed and grown.

Let us know what you put in your journal entries.

I have zero creativity and typically tunnel vision so sadly the first time I hear of a way to do something that's the way I'm going to investigate getting it done. I tell you this because I think the lack of creativity leaves me with no idea what to but in my journal.

I actually did start making journal entries, like I analyzed 2 properties with the Rent to own and BRRRR calculators, I listened to podcast 351, I talked to an RE agent in the areas I want to invest in...

I looking for idea to broaden myself.
