Anyone wanna talk in discord or something about real estate?

So I'm new in this community but I've studied the the art of real estate about 4 months now and listened to all the BP real estate podcast. I would like to talk to someone in a call to get more knowledge and share the things I know. I really love real estate and I would like to have someone to talk to about it. Nobody in my friend group or family is really interested in real estate so that's why I would like to talk to someone online!
