What is most you paid for property--phase 2?

I tried to reply to the most I've ever paid for a property thread, but not PRO. This thread is same but open to other responders. Back in the 70's I did many limited partnerships in the millions. Largest was 12 million on a huge apt complex in Denver, but also a few over 5 million. Not much in recent times over 4 million. Rich
