Hello BP community. I'm just wanting to introduce myself and give a bit of info on myself and my business so here we go! My name is Austin Thompson and I live in rural central Kentucky. And 25 years old and together with my parents and older brother, we own and operate Thompson Legacy LLC. We operate in pretty rural areas and up to this point have focused mostly on fix and flips and have acquired 6 rentals, though most are currently vacant due to needing rehab.
