Sprint Cell Customers, you may be able to cancel without penalty
Sprint, after 12 years of my business, has raised my bill about $30 per month. In light of this, I have asked them to allow me to opt out of the change. The first level employee I spoke to told me no way and passed me on to customer retention. It was there that I was told I could cancel without penalty. The trick is that they will not issue anything in writing to confirm this. So, I offered to record the call and they said they don't allow it. I did it anyways so I have some proof if they try to pull the switcheroo on me. You will be only able to do this for a few more days! Hurry!
