Carpet Cleaners.....Do You Have One?

I wasn't sure if this should go into the landlording category or not. It may just be an odd question I felt I should at least ask before moving forward.

I have used a lot of carpet cleaning companies in the past. Most of them are small operations but they all have that really cool machine in their full size vans that seem to turn what appears to be a lost cause into something miraculous(sp?)

I have a lot of carpet in my home as well as a lot of my rentals. I don't know why, but I've been wanting to buy my own carpet cleaner. Something more commercial than the home units you can find at walmart.

Any of you have a kick arse carpet cleaner? A Rug Doctor maybe? Whatcha got?
