Once a year Thanksgiving comes around and it is a day for feeling thankful for all that we have and have been provided.

Things I am thankful for:
1. Family & Friends.
2. Tenants who get up every day to go to work so they can pay their landlord.
3. Good rehabbers that you can depend on.
4. Turkey, fixins, & football.
