Real estate journey first steps

My wife and I officially started our wholesaling journey today. Had a great time checking vacants in Monmouth County NJ from a list we made. Ended up with a lot more then we started with after driving the neighborhoods. Running the properties for the owners then reaching out thru cold calls. Very excited for these next steps. Looking forward to meeting some serious buyers and title companies. I'll keep you guys posted. If you're interested in learning of our progress.
