Hi fellow BP members.

I am currently at the 10X Growth Conference in Miami. I wanted to know if any BP USA members are here?

I am a Canadian investor/developer looking to invest in the USA and I am interested in meeting up at the conference or off site to discuss potential possibilities.

I am looking for buy and hold investments. Specifically value adds. Buy under market value, renovate, increase valuation, rent and refinance.

Looking forward to hearing back.
