Need help with mailing lists

Tool im using: https://ags3.scgov.net/scpa/

My current method is clicking on a parcel, getting property information, Name, Address, City, Zip, ETC. and forming an excel spreadsheet. IS there anyway to mass collect information or even just a faster way then copying and pasting i would hate to get a large list together and figure out a faster way down the road.
