House Cleaning on Flip

I'm completing two renovations and and was offered a house cleaning price of $280/per house, for two roughly 1.1k sq foot, 3 bed 2 bath houses. This includes everything interior but both houses have new paint and new vinyl flooring all throughout, kitchens are brand new, bathrooms are dirty as hell.

I thought this was kind of high. What are you guys paying for this service?
