When it comes to personal finance, I believe that knowing what not to do can be just as important as knowing what to do. Anyone who listens to the BiggerPockets or BiggerPockets Money podcast is familiar with this question. What is your biggest money mistake? If possible, please include 1 directly involved with real estate and 1 with finances in general.
