Flipping Newbie from Southern California

Hello All,

My name is Mark Takenaka and I am a Flipping Newbie and just getting started in the world of Wholesaling & Rehabs.  

I am hoping to pick your brains regarding flipping houses.  I am hoping to get a good start with my first flip.  

Once I get a good grasp of flipping, I will like to give back to others on my experience.
