How important are lease agreements to you

Hello BP! Didn’t know where else to post this but here is my exact question with a little background: I have an accepted offer on a duplex in Milwaukee. Yesterday a copy of the leases were due. The owner is selling 2 properties. The lease I received yesterday was for the other property(I can see how that can be an honest mistake). Just how important is this to you as a buy and hold investor? I did tell my realtor that by 5pm if I didn’t receive them I was backing out of the deal. Thoughts??? Best, Jorge
