Every time there is a freak accident, or a kid kills themselves from being bullied, or some gullible person gets scammed, we need new laws. We need new regulations. It's insane. Why should the government need to be involved in every aspect of our lives to keep us safe? Where does one need to start looking out for themselves? I mean really, no offense to the family of the dead, but does it take a brainiac to say no to climbing 40ft into the air on a lift in 60mph winds?
