Land Deed, Out of State, Was it a good decision ?

Good morning all, A few of us purchased a deed for a piece of land out in Lee County, Fl. It doesn’t seem like much is happening in that area. I’ve tried calling out to a few real estate developers, companies , etc out there to see if they’d want to buy the land (and not much response). Any suggestions on where to put this piece of land on the market? Or maybe what sources to target in hopes of a sale ? Thanks, Lourdi
