Just wanted to drop a line to say Thank You to the woman who was taking to the red headed gentlemen at the west palm airport after Tony Robbins Date with Destiny (dec 2017) and mentioned bigger pockets etc. I was too drained to jump in the conversation but your commentary on RE investing was inspiring. One of my top 1yr goals from that week was to buy an apartment building this year (have a few rentals and have done some flips) and I am an big avid BP podcast fan. When I heard BP my ears perked up and the way you were dropping knowledge to the other guy got me even more excited. Thanks!!!! Now I just need to still find that building.
