Situation: We're at over 2 months into the Gulf oil spill (gusher) that everyone is calling the largest oil spill in US waters in history.

Assets: The US has 2,000 oil skimmers that can clean up the oil from the water.

Question: How many of these 2,000 oil skimmers are currently being used to clean up the Gulf of Mexico?

Answer: 20

I wish I was kidding.

Update. Apparently 55 more skimmers are now en route after the word on this got out.
