Quick Update on the BP Members Deal

hey guys and gals. Quick update just so you don't forget on the I'm a sexy beast thread regarding a deal that is involving members of BP in every aspect.

The realtor who originally was going to listed was unable to due to her broker, no biggie, it happens with brokers who simply don't get it. I was referred to another agent who apparently doesn't want free commission. She stated she needed to 'research' me, the negotiator etc.... to make sure I wasn't a scam artist. I said fine, no biggie but she continued to never answer her phone or return phone calls(typical Realtor actions) and I wasn't surprised. So, of course, she simply wasted time.

I decided to go FSBO on the A-B and got a contract signed along with all the short sale docs needed. This will enable me some time to get the process started so I can find an agent with a brain to list the property for me for an end buyer.

Once I get pics, info and all the info needed. I'll post it up with the offer to anyone who brings/find an end buyer, to pay for their transportation to Rich's condos in Cancun for a week. Rich has already offered a week stay for free and I'll cover the travel costs to do so in return for someone finding the end buyer.
