will the Stock Market Crash anytime soon ?

So I talked to a few multimillionaire investors I know including my grandfather and they all say wait to invest in real estate. Few have sold a lot of their property lately because they think Currency and Stock Market are crashing very soon and everything else will follow. Just curious what some other people might think?
