Apartment mgmnt's mistake & trying to make me sign another lease

Long story short, in August my boyfriend and I signed a lease for an apartment for $1440. The contract was reviewed by both of us and the management on the day of the final signage. "Everything looks great, you guys are good to go" that's what the apartment manager said. A month later our first rent is due, and they're charging us $1570 claiming that they forgot to include the price of the garage in our original contract, which is by the way is attached to the apartment. After reviewing the contract it clearly states that the cost of the garage is $0 which was initialed, and the amount that we pay every month is $1440 nothing less or nothing more, additionally at the end of the contract it states that no changes can be made to our contract especially when it comes to prices, they can only be adjusted once the year lease is done. So now they're trying to "honor the first month" and then have us resign the lease with "no mistakes". To me it is a complete breach of contract and I don't think what they're offering is right. What should we do in this situation?

Thank you!
