Sample Letter to Vacant Property Owner

I have found a few properties in my area that are vacant. I would like to contact the owners but the numbers that I have found that are associated with the owners are not correct. My next option is to mail them a letter. Are there any mock/sample letters that I can utilize for writing my letter?
