Florida Real Estate Exam
I'm taking the Gold Coast Online course. I've finished it and have to take the end of course exam. Im not quite comfortable taking it because as i do the "cram" exams in the back of the book. I find myself Wondering WTF i've been studying the past 63 hours. The math questions are so darn tedious and i cant for the life of me remember when to divide for what percent gain or loss. Finding CPI. Finding how many lots can be divided into 10 acres if there's a road in the middle of it measuring X square feet..... all while mentally deciphering between 6 square miles and 6 miles square and other Trickery questions. I though i did well in math class in school, but this takes the cake.
Is there anyone whos taken the florida exam? Does the test set you up for failure like the practice exams seem to do?
