Cell Towers on Property
I have been talking to a company about putting a cell tower on a piece of land i own in KY. This is basically a brokerage company the deals directly with the cell company and negotiates the lease for you. Has anyone done this, any advice or contacts? I'm open to the idea and learning about it if anyone has working knowledge about cell towers.

I actually build cell towers around Texas. I can tell that our crew that builds the compound can usually have that finished start to finished within a week, maybe 2 depending on the size of the lease area. As far as the tower itself, we can have the whole thing built in 1-5 days, also depending on the type and size of tower. Also just some more advice, I’ve heard from many people in the industry. Negotiation is key, as with any money making opportunity. I’ve heard stories of people getting screwed over by not giving a counter offer on the lease price, and accepting the first offer that was thrown at them. When the tower owner was willing to go up almost double what was offered. Also heard of people losing the contract because they got to greedy, so there’s a fine line. Best of luck with your endeavors!
