Airlift cabin into the mountains

Had a client wanting to know the cost/possibility of airlifting a cabin into a remote mountain area. After talking with a couple of pilots it seems the key is medium lift helicopters up to 2500 pounds. The house would be designed in "panels" that would be prewired and have junction boxes where the panels connected. I was informed that by going up to a heavy lift helicopter the cost would go up by over $100,000 an hour!
