While it's true you should seek an experienced real estate industry expert, what you may need to be careful is in HOW they conduct business. Is it ethical?
On that same note, and I am posing this question out there to see if others have experienced this same circumstance, and I would like any enlightening out-of-the-box point of view as to "why" it happened...
So let's say you, the senior member in the brokerage firm (one person) had several real estate deals lined up. But at the last minute they all pulled out. And this occurred repeatedly, all within a couple of months to you, the senior member (one person). What do you think went wrong? Bad Karma? Negative energy? The other people? Or You?
