Property Management Start-up

I'm currently in the process of starting a property management company in  Los Angeles, California. I have hit a road block with the start-up, my partner who is the broker pulled put of the business due to not being able to get majority ownership. I'm putting up the funding and running the whole operation. If there are any brokers here that might be interested, I will offer Twenty percent equity in the business.
