Help me solve the issue!

Hi, we are done with the construction of our new house which is a traditional style 2 storeyed house. Few days before, I noticed slow water stream from the guest bedroom bathroom faucets. I don’t know if the problem is with the faucets or the pipeline. I wonder, how can this happen in a newly constructed building. I checked for other faucets and valves, all seems perfect. My neighbor advised me to go for a plumbing company in Toronto, Advanced plumbing drains and heating. As I am totally new to this place, I would like to get suggestions about their services. Anyone who has availed their services? Help me asap!
