Been on Hold over 40 minutes

And killing time on this Forum.  On hold with a Freddie Mac homepath lender.  I am going to be pissed if they are not even open and just keep erroneusly playing the message, "Thanks for holding. We appreciate your business. And Will be with you as soon as possible", over and over!
