I'm wanting to purchase "Real Estate Finance and Investment Manual" by Michael R. Cummings, but as I'm someone from Canada, I want to make sure it pertains to Canadians if it happens to be a book written for USA or somewhere else. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if this is an American book and if so is it still applicable to people in Canada as I'm sure it will be a great educational book.
