My Tenant Is In A BIG Bind!!!!

Listen up BP members....
I have a great tenant. They have been with me four years. I never had one single problem with them all this time. Well, they called me last night...and they are in one heck of a bind.

Last year they bought two advance box seats to the Super Bowl. As you know, that date is just around the corner. Well, my tenant JUST realized that the same day of the Super Bowl is his wedding. Now, he is looking for someone that wants to take his place!

So, if you want to go, or if you know someone that is interested, PLEASE let me know ASAP.
BTW--FYI---he says she is VERY attractive and a great cook too!
