I just want to give a big high five and shout out some recognition to @Jim Adrian and all of his comments on Bigger Pockets. Everything he says is very valuable and helpful, and he explains things well and often offers more information through additional links. He is an architect, and I have a construction background, so I personally learn tons from him and his comments are always so relevant and interesting.

I will click on forum discussions if I see his name, because I always can trust that he offers value in his posts (even if the topic is not exactly pertinent to me). Everyone should follow along and read what Jim has to say. I can't thank him enough for his contributions to this site and all the helps he offers!
