Basement/crawspace active leak

Hello BP.  Flipping a property that has an active water leak in the basement/crawlspace.  The leak is at the joint between the front wall and the floor slab.  We have tried multiple different things short of digging up the front yard but the water flow is strong enough to knock and sealants out of the way.  Any help or advice to stop the leak and dry out the basement.  It is only used for HVAC, water heater reasons.  thanks!
