Affiliate Marketing?

I'm curious if anyone here does Affiliate/Internet/Article Marketing as a means of promoting their product/services or the products/services of others?

I've been learning a lot about lately as a way to offer to newb's a way to generate income while they are starting out in real estate.

I know there are some people that make a ridiculous amount of money with Affiliate Marketing which to me seems a lot better than MLM.

I certainly wouldn't rank it higher than REI but again I think learning the strategies can not only help improve a newb's marketing capital and the knowledge learned can help with their REI marketing strategies which the use of strategies taught to increase traffic to your affiliate link/site.

Anyone else has thoughts about this? About the benefits to new and experienced investors to generate additional income/marketing capital and knowledge of internet marketing in general?
