Thanks for the Podcast

I just finished my first pass through of the podcast and wanted to thank Josh and Brandon for this wonderful resource! It's quality throughout which is impressive considering there are 177 shows to date. I've learned from other books but It's really fair to say that Bigger Pockets has made me feel competent and confident I can make a real go at real estate investing. The podcast has really taught me that yes there will be problems, but you deal with them and keep going. Thank you! And now I'm off to download episode one again for my second listen.
