Hi everyone! :D :D
I have a issue, I rented a condo from a friend and have been paying rent for the last year. I just got a notice of a trustee sale what are my next steps? Then I find out that the have a buyer what do I do about that? I have two children and a husband who hasn't been working. Someone said they have cash for keys what is that?
