Building Business Credit for Real Estate Investment S-Corp

Due to the Real Estate crash, my S-Corp was put on hold when it was in corp in 2007. It has taken me a while to clean up my own credit. I ran into many issues in the beginning building credit with many lenders wanting a personal guarantee of my own credit with my company, so I just let it go. The past year and half I obtained a gas card for $3k under the business Tax Id. Used the gas card and paid it off every month to build payment history.

Duns & Bradstreet require 4 trade lines to generate any type of business credit, which isn't happening anytime soon.

So what are the options now-a-days? Ive run into company that claim they can generate lines of credit for my business but for a fee, not looking to go that route for now.
