Low Carb Recipes

I've read some of MikeOH blogs and it said he's been on a low carb diet. I am also trying to stay away from carbs and wanted to share some recipes that I've been using ( I didn't come up with them). They can be found on the following blog http://www.musclehack.com/

Here are a couple of my favorite:

Mashed Potatoes Replacement: Mashed Cauliflower - http://www.musclehack.com/best-mashed-cauliflower-recipe/

Homemade Protein bar: http://www.musclehack.com/homemade-protein-bar-recipe/

Low-Carb Pancakes: http://www.musclehack.com/delicious-low-carb-pancake-recipe/

These are all relatively easy to make and taste good.

I realized years ago that you dont have to diet at all, if you work out. Also, losing fat and weight through low carb/low fat diets and not gaining any muscle, left me looking like a stick. I had to start putitng on lean muscle, because I was nothing but fat and bones.

This recipe is great. Its just meat and veggies.

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now. You can read more about the lady's article at

You know of a pill that will make me a billionaire? I've been looking for one of those.

Anthony, what I'm trying to eat now is high fat low carb food to try to keep muscle but lost fat... the thinking behind that is that your body will have no carbs to burn, it'll start burning the fat but keep the muscle and 1.5 days a week you carb up... I'm not really into the science of it, It's all on the link I posted above if you want to read into it...
