24814 Kelly Rd Eastpointe Mi $99,000 | 3 Bed 1+ Bath I wanted to offer 90K and get full concessions at 6%. But the lender and realtor told me that they wont take 90. By the time they pay commissions, and concessions they are giving 11k away. Their bottom line is 79k after that. They just dropped the price from 110 to 99. The agent for this particular home told him today on the phone to get 6% in concessions it would need to be like 103k offer. You can send what you want, but they will most likely turn it down. Not following the math...the seller gives 6% of the total price. Which would be 6000k on 100000k. Not 300. Or 600. Market value is different when the house is completely remodeled right?
