I've been considering relocating to this area - carteret county is on the top of my list right now. Is there anyone investing here? How is the market?
While we're at it, how is the local economy? I am obviously in real estate, but my fiance is a programmer and hed still need to work. Also I need a house for myself too. Can I find something nice under 200k with decent schools?
And within a half hour from the ocean?
