Night Owl or Early Bird?

I've always been a night person. But a conversation with one of my investors got me thinking that I may be doing it backwards. I'm often up till 2am and sleep till 9. (Yes I'm working that late) Would I be better off getting up at 5 and going to bed earlier?

I have met many people who are early risers. In fact, I married one of them. I used to think it was an illness but I have learned that morning people are just a bit different and are often very nice, productive members of society. Real estate lends itself very well to running one's business on one's own schedule.
