starting foreign llc in florida

hi all new here to the bp forums, a question to those who have had experience on my questions which follows:

Can anyone off me some "non legal" advice on how they went about seeing up their llc in florida, or other states for that matter,when they are not a resident/citizen? I'm currently in the process and was wondering what specific things people that went though the process struggled with, thanks!
