Property Radar Buyer Beware

Property Radar Buyer Beware.

Do not pay for a discounted annual membership with Property Radar because they will put you on annual auto-renewal indefinitely until you call and cancel. If you do cancel, you won’t be issued a refund for the remaining unused months that are left after cancellation.

Last year, I paid for a discounted rate for one year’s subscription, but I had no idea that they will annually automatically renew, I thought it would switch to month to month the following year. When I saw the charge on my credit card for the month of November for the following year, I immediately called Property Radar to cancel and asked for a refund for the 11 remaining months after cancellation. They absolutely refused to give me a refund.

You’re better off just paying month to month so if you decide to cancel your services with them, at most you’ll lose money for only one month.
