Bathroom Remodel in Rental

Good evening, Hope you are all well! I found there was a pretty substantial leak in the walls of a bathroom in the house I rent out. I've had multiple people come and need a full remodel. Just wanted to see what people thought a good avg cost might be? And how much is to much for a rental property. The subfloor is rotting and some of the walls have in them. Any guidance is appreciated. Jordan
